Bruce Cooley

Bruce Cooley spent 44 years in automotive refinish sales and marketing. He joined DuPont Refinish Sales in 1969, working in Ohio, New England and Houston and at headquarters in Wilmington, Del. In 1983 he joined Sherwin-Williams as director of automotive marketing, later holding sales, marketing and industry relations director posts, and he returned to DuPont in 2006 as industry relations manager before retiring in 2013. He served more than 15 years on the National Auto Body Council board, including as treasurer, was treasurer and a board member of the Collision Repair Education Foundation, chaired the Collision Industry Conference Marketing Committee and was serving his second term on the I-CAR International board in 2013. He also served on the Hall of Eagles Board of Governors.
