Gerald “Gerry” Westerfield represented State Farm to the collision repair industry. On the insurer panel at the December 1994 NACE Forum in Las Vegas, he told repairers that State Farm had no unwritten policy against paying standard P-page procedures and urged them to take such disputes to an adjuster’s supervisor.
