John Junk

John Junk was an appraisal services executive who served as executive vice president of PARNET Corp. and, starting in 2002, as director of corporate services and later senior vice president of SCA Appraisal Co. He co-chaired the Collision Industry Conference Legislative Committee, served on CIC’s Write It Right Committee and the ADP advisory board, and received a National Auto Body Council Pride Award for leading an adopt-a-school program that introduced inner-city students to industry careers. After Hurricane Katrina he helped lead Collision Industry Relief, the NABC and Collision Industry Foundation effort to aid affected repairers, and arranged for CCC and Mitchell to donate computers to them. He shared the 2006 SCRS Humanitarian Award with Janet Chaney, Jordan Hendler and Mike Quinn.
