Jorge Doffo was a co-owner of Doffo Auto Body & Paint in Santa Ana, Calif. In 2005 he and partners Marcelo Doffo, Benjamin Mendoza and Dave Pickels, whose holdings also included Kelly’s Body Shop in Santa Ana, bought the former M2 Collision Care Centers headquarters shop in Orange, Calif., at auction and reopened it as Autotex Collision Centers, serving more than 15 national and regional insurer programs.
