Charles Baker

Charles “Charlie” Baker was publisher of Collision Repair Industry INSIGHT, a subscription trade publication, where 2002 inductee Russell Thrall III worked for him as editor. He co-chaired the Collision Industry Conference Operations Committee with Tom Moreland in 2001 and 2002, tabulated CIC Chairman Lou DiLisio’s 2001 survey of participants on industry issues and committee priorities, and served on the National Auto Body Council board of directors through 2002. In 2003 he was a panelist on NACE’s international panel discussion.
